1. About our Service
Kaqa Center is an independent comparison and advice service that provides general information to help UK consumers understand and compare mobile phone plans. We are not a mobile network operator, and we are not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by any mobile network or retailer.
2. What we do not do
- We do not act on behalf of any mobile network.
- We cannot access, manage or change your existing mobile account.
- We do not provide network customer service, billing support or technical support.
3. Information on the Website
We take care to keep information accurate and up to date, but plan details, prices and terms are set by providers and can change at any time. Information on the Website is general guidance only and does not constitute a recommendation for your specific circumstances. You should always check the full terms with the provider before entering into any agreement.
4. Contracts with providers
If you choose to take out a mobile plan, your contract will be directly between you and the provider. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the provider’s products, services, pricing, credit decisions or customer service.
5. Cost of our Service
Our Service is free to use. Calls to 0330 520 4172 cost the same as calls to a standard UK landline (01/02) number and are usually included in inclusive call minutes. We may receive a commission from a provider if you take out a plan after using our Service; this does not change the price you pay.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or copying content for commercial use without our permission.
7. Intellectual property
The content and design of the Website belong to Kaqa Center unless otherwise stated. Third-party brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. Links to other websites
The Website may link to third-party websites, such as regulators. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information on the Website or from any contract you enter into with a provider.
