Complaints Procedure

We want to get things right. Here’s how to raise a concern and what happens next.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

If you are unhappy with any part of our Service, please let us know. We will treat your complaint fairly, confidentially and as quickly as possible.

Complaints about a mobile network or your existing account should be made directly to that provider. We cannot handle complaints about another company’s products, bills or services.

1. How to complain

Please include your name, how we can contact you, and a description of the issue.

2. What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
  • We will investigate and aim to send you a full response within 14 days.
  • If we need more time, we will explain why and keep you updated.

3. If you are still not satisfied

If you are unhappy with our final response, please tell us and a senior member of our team will review your complaint. If your concern is about how we handle your personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

4. Extra support

If you need extra help to make a complaint — for example because of a disability, illness or other circumstances — please tell us and we will make reasonable adjustments.
